David Shockey

David D. Shockey is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Agriculture and the College of Law. His practice has focused in areas of estate and business planning, real estate, and agricultural law. He has written articles for the Illinois Bar Journal, has served as a speaker for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the U. of I. Cooperative Extension Service and many community groups. He is active in Rotary, and University of Illinois alumni activities. David is the former Chairman of the Stephenson County Republican Party and is a past president of the Stephenson County Bar Association. David served as Chairman of the Illinois Foundation FFA State Sponsoring Committee in 2006-2007. David is the Chairman of the Highland Community College Board of Trustees.

Steven A. Cox is a graduate of Highland Community College, the University of Illinois College of Engineering and College of Law. His practice has focused on real estate and corporate development. He is active in several charity boards and committees, including the Freeport Area Church Cooperative, FHN Family Counseling Center, the Highland Community College Foundation and Freeport Health Network, and has served as a speaker for several community groups. Steve was named Outstanding Young Man of the Year by the Freeport Jaycees in 2003, and was named a Distinguished Alumni by Highland Community College in 2004.

Theo has decades of experience in the real estate field. She has returned to us on a part-time basis to assist with secretarial and real estate matters.
